ERIC FRANTZ
RIP DAD
Sad days for my family with the passing of my dad,

IRVIN FRANTZ, July 29, 2011, of Cherry Hill, NJ. Husband of the late Brenda (nee Nax) Frantz. Father of Eric (Suzann) Frantz and Louis Frantz. Proud Pop-Pop of Moriah, Max and Eli.
Brother of Dena (Dick) Stein and the late Norman Frantz.

Mr. Frantz was the longtime Vice President of Operations with Pep Boys of Philadelphia and the owner of a Philadelphia hardware company. He was a Korean War Air Force veteran serving with the 3316th Special Teams Unit. Contributions in his memory can be made to the Simon Wiesenthal Center, 1399 S. Roxbury, Los Angeles, CA. or a Diabetes organization of your choice.

Much thanks to my friend Harry Platt of Platt Memorial Chapels of Cherry Hill, NJ, the caring staff of Vitas Hospice, the wonderful nursing staff of Virtua Marlton and Dr. Caroline Ropiak of Garden State Pulmonary Associates.
Thanks so much for the love and support of all our friends through this trying time. My father died peacefully and comfortably at home.
2/11- In the studio for a few months
Been a crazy winter/spring. Have a lot of studies going on and not too much painting(about five in a new series)..trying hard to devote more time to painting seems to bring on more external distractions...
I hope by June/11 I'll have a few more paintings finished..trying to get to the magic 50 by end of year.
I'll be participating in a few group shows and open houses, + a couple charity auctions...have been working to get a few pieces into auctions in NYC..will keep everyone in the loop with news..thanks again to all my Facebook and physical world supporters- you know how much it means to me to have you behind my work...Eric
